Like all great journeys, the 12 days journey has come to an end. Enjoy your last sunrise in this beautiful corner of Uganda. After early breakfast you will head out on a walking safari in the park in the company of experience ranger. This is one of the few parks in Uganda where you can follow the experienced ranger on foot. Walking safari offers something quite different to the game drive: the thrill of being on foot in a Big 5 reserve and the chance to engage with the smaller things. You learn about tracking, insects and flowers. It is a chance to have an immersive experience where you get down and touch and smell what is out there while at the same time you never quite know what you will encounter around the next corner. After this you will drive for 6 hours to Entebbe International Airport, stopping at the equator for some souvenir shopping. It is possible to connect with an international flight tonight, but the earliest departure must be at 10pm. Accommodation for tonight is not included in the programme. If you need an extra night in Entebbe we can help arranged for you at an additional cost.
