5 Days Trip Itinerary

Early morning after breakfast, you will depart Entebbe/Kampala for your transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park located in South western Uganda. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home to half the number of mountain gorillas in the whole world. It is also the only place where chimpanzees co-exist with Mountain Gorillas. You will have an en route stopover at the Equator crossing in Kayabwe to take photographs and observe a simple experiment before continuing to Mbarara town for Lunch. After lunch, you will embark on your scenic filled drive to Bwindi Impentreble Forest National Park for dinner and overnight.

After your early morning breakfast, your guide will drive you to Park Headquarters for briefing and joining others for briefing before heading into the forest for your gorilla trek. This trek can last for between 30 minutes to 7 hours depending on the location of mountain gorilla family on that particular day. Once you find the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them while observing their behaviour, taking photographs before you return to the Park Headquarters for your certificate that confirms that you have tracked gorillas in Uganda. Overnight stay at a hand-picked hotel.

After breakfast, you will drive to Queen Elizabeth N.P arriving in time for lunch at Elephant hub or any other hotel. After lunch, relax at the hotel before heading out to Kasenyi sector for an evening game drive. At Kasenyi plains, you will spot herds of buffalos, Uganda Kobs, family of Elephants and other animals. After, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

This morning you will head to the plains of Kasenyi for a morning game drive to try to find what could have missed the previous day. Lunch will be served at the lodge and after you will head to the jetty along kazinga channel for the afternoon boat cruise. This cruise offers you chances of viewing animals like: hippos, water birds, elephants, buffaloes, crocodiles and many other wildlife which flock the channel for drinking water. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the lodge.

After your breakfast, you will be driven back to Kampala or Entebbe for your post-tour accommodation or you may choose to fly out of Uganda on the last day of your tour.
