Meet and greet our company representative at the hotel address after having your breakfast and head to the biologically diverse and unique magnificent green impenetrable rainforest in southwestern Uganda, which sustains almost half of the world’s mountain gorilla population. You will have a stopover in Kayabwe for photographs at the Uganda equator and souvenir shopping accompanied with an enroute lunch in Mbarara town. Proceed to bwindi, the home of gorillas in Uganda. After an early breakfast and briefing at the park headquarters in the bwindi, set off for the mountain gorilla tracking inside the Bwindi forest. You need to carry drinking water, rain jacket and jungle boots while the rangers will provide you with a walking stick. Gorilla tracking is one of the unique activities you will enjoy while photographing and observing the gorillas. After tracking, come back to the lodge and relax. Should you have the energy this afternoon, go for a village walk and see how Ugandans live in their community homestead. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Main destination: Bwindi national park. After breakfast, get on board for a scenic journey through the beautiful terrain of the rolling hills with terraced landscape, an area referred as the "Switzerland of Africa". Observe the systematic cultivation of the Bakiga along the mountain slopes and enjoy the experience of what has been referred to as the Switzerland of Africa because of its cool nature. Along the way to another magnificent adventure, to mghinga national park, you will stop in kisoro town for lunch before heading to your hotel. In the afternoon you can either relax or visit local markets, returning evening for dinner and overnight. Main destination: Mgahinga national park. After breakfast we will driver to Mgahinga national park for briefing about golden monkeys on how they live and what they eat before you joined by another group of tourists to start your adventure in bamboo forest. The trekking can be also a bit tiresome but manageable, it takes 3-4 hrs before getting back from trekking. You will be driven back to your hotel for resting, dinner and overnight at your lodge. After breakfast, we will drive to kibale national park for overnight at hand-picked hotel. This journey can take you through different directions; you can take one through Queen Elizabeth N.P, where you have a chance of seeing elephants along your drive, stopping for lunch and continue with the journey arriving at your hotel early evening for dinner and overnight at a handpicked hotel. After breakfast, you will be taken to park head quarters for briefing on Dos and don’ts of chimpanzee tracking. You will be divided into small groups of six people headed by one guide. Who will then move with you into the forest to find one of chimpanzee family? Chimpanzee lives in families of community of 50-150 individuals, but usually breakups into small parties during the day to reduce competition on food. They will then relocate in the evening to build their nests. Once you find chimps, you will be allowed to stay with chimpanzees for one hour, before returning to the lodge for lunch. After lunch go for wetland walk in the nearby bigodi village. Kibale national park is popular for 12 recorded primates and several bird species. Later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
